4 generations of the Hardy family
Whilst in England we spent the day in Hastings visiting Colin's parents so they could spend a bit of time with Marisa Hayden and Jamie and of course, Colin and myself, mind you, we were just the spare parts that day as it was the 'three children' Win and George wanted to see. We had a great day, Marisa wanted to take Hayden to feed the ducks in the Park, something to do with thats what she used to do when she was a child, perhaps they don't have ducks in America, I must remember to ask her. I am not sure if Hayden appreciated our ducks as he appeared to have slept whilst they were out.
Our family
These photos were taken of 'my' family and I am really pleased to have them. We took them the night we were having Maddie for the first time overnight, she was a very good little girl I have to say and only had to get up at 5am to feed her which wasn't too bad. Adam and Carly were going to a party but Carly admitted to missing Maddie when they finally got back to their house in the early hours of the morning, mind you, I think they must have enjoyed the peace and quiet because we are having Maddie again tomorrow night which we are so looking forward to.
Maris Haydens and Jamie's visit
At last I have found time to do some 'blogging' and will put quite a few pictures on (thats if I can work it all out that is). Anyway, it was great having Marisa, Hayden and Jamie home for a while even though Hayden was poorly and kindly passed it onto Jamie and me. The first week they were home it was a very family and friends get togethers so Hayden could meet the 'British' side of the family. Marisa also got to see Maddie and get to know her. We went out and about the second week visiting the sealife centre in Brighton, Dickens world in Chatham and introduced Hayden to swimming in Eastbourne Leisure centre. The time went by so quickly and all too soon we were saying a tearful goodbye to all three of them. We are all getting together in November in Florida for two weeks which we are so looking forward to.

Marisa and Adam meet their new relatives
Although it is the end of Marisa's trip, well almost as they have delayed there return to the states as Hayden is not feeling too good and we had a trip to the on call Dr's late last night with him. He has a temperature and off his food. The Dr has said to delay the return for a few days so they are now going back on Wednesday. Anyway, Adam and marisa got to meet 'their babies' and they were both thrilled to bits with getting to know them, also, Jamie was pleased to catch up with her neice and nephew and have time with them. We had a get together with family of which there appeared to be more than I thought on the first Friday M was here and a great day was had by all, I will post pictures of this when they are downloaded shortly. Hayden got to make good friends with my hoover but didn't offer to vacumn the carpets just wanted to play with it. I was hoping by the end of his trip he would like the noise it made but no, he didn't like it one bit.
