Colin took Marisa and Kaila to watch West Ham play football (they actually won as well which is quite rare), whilst there, Colin went into the West Ham Shop and could not resist in buying the boys and Maddie some west ham clothes which Hayden and Elliot are modelling. Maddie had a little pink vest but we did not get a photo of her in it, such a shame really.
Our poor CD's went through hell with Hayden and Elliot attempting to move them about - a lot that is, I now do not know where or what order they are in but no doubt will one day sort them all out again.

these are just a few random pictures. Considering Hayden is not used to stairs he mastered ours with no problem. We bought a gate to put at the top in case he woke up without us knowing and walked out onto the landing. I am not sure if Hayden is reading the book to Maddie but they both appeared quite happy sitting on the stairs rather than chairs.

visiting Nan and George

for some reason there were not any photos of Hayden with win and George but Elliot was certainly a hit with his great grand parent (as was Hayden of course).

Family get together

We thought it would be easier if we had one big get together instead of lots of little ones for the family and friends to meet up with Marisa and the boys. The pub next to where Adam and Carly live kindly did a buffet for me and we had a lovely 4 hours meeting aunts, cousins and friends and all the 'little people' of which there were many. It was very noisy and lively but I think everyone enjoyed the get together.

The compton family visit

We had a lovely three weeks with Marisa, Hayden, Elliot and Kaila even though we all went down with sore throats and colds. The weather was also against us and the snow just came down which stopped us getting out and about as much as we wanted too. Hayden and Maddie had great fun using his little bed as a trampoline which was very funny, luckily the bed was directly against the floor so if they fell off they wouldn't have hurt themselves. The time went all to fast and we were at the airport saying goodbye to them. The boys were brilliant, especially Hayden, I have never met a child who ate and slept like he did, he was such fun to have around and his speech came on in leaps and bounds. As for little Elliot, now I can see mischief written in his eyes and like my mum used to say 'he has been here before' as he is a very cute little customer. Not sure when we will meet up again but at least we have skype and our photos to look at.
